This picture was taken one lovely Sunday afternoon. We both decided to partake in a wholesome Sabbath-day activity by taking naps, however only one of us succeeded.
Tom Thomas can fall asleep anywhere. And if a dump truck came roaring through our home it wouldn't phase him. (Not that this theory has been tested—it doesn't need to be—I just know.)
...Three weeks and counting 'til I get my tummy time.

Should I just go ahead and break it to you? You won't be getting your tummy time back right away -- even after Little Miss arrives. When nursing -- one's entire front is a little too sore to be rested upon....at least that has been my experience.
I was going to say the same thing as your sis above. sorry. But you will eventually get that tummy time...eventually.
Tear my heart into a million pieces. Next you guys are probably going to tell me that I won't be able to lay flat on my back right away either. I reiterate, the injustice of it all!
I will, however, assure you that your nursing soreness will in no way affect Tom's ability to sleep on his stomach.
Hold the phone!! The FIRST thing I did practically was roll over onto my stomach to sleep!!!! Hold onto that, Season. Let's all boycott Tag by deleting his comments until he gets his BLOG REAR INTO GEAR!!

Yup, they are right, you won't want to be on your stomach for many months. I used to loves sleeping face down before I had babies. Even after weaning Kate I couldn't stand to be on my stomach.
Isn't it amazing how men can sleep anywhere and with any noise?
