Caught it.

Behold, a smiling little miss. With quite a welcoming one, at that.

I figured as long as I got a baby announcement out before she went to kindergarten, we were doin' pretty good. It wasn't exactly my intention for her to be drowning in pink (not Tom's fave color), but, welp—such is life.

You know how it is.

So here IT is.

If you didn't find one of these in your mailbox, here are some possible reasons why:

• My mailman stole it
• Your mailman stole it
• I don't have your address
• You don't have your address
• I lost your address
• You lost your address
• All of the above
• None of the above

In any case, if you think your refrigerator would like one, just e-mail me and I'll send you one. (I'm also available via phone, facebook, instant messaging and telepathy.)

Mkay. Feast upon more lovelies from our photo shoot. Which actually took place two weeks ago. She was just a little 7-week posing beauty then. Now that she's 9 weeks she hardly has time for such things.

Pictures of a happy little miss are good to look at on days like today. When, try as I might to keep things lighthearted around here, she'd prefer to be a grumpy Gus. An irritated Irene. A put-out Patricia. Which makes for a frustrated Fran.*

Now if you'll excuse me, I think I'll scroll to the top and look at them all over again.

*I'd like everyone to know that I hold no beef with Gusses, Irenes, Patricias or Frans. In fact, although I don't know any personally, I'd bet there are many on this earth with a very pleasant disposition.

Coming soon:
4th of July festivities that I'll attempt to make sound as exciting as humanly possible.
