Thomas has been sick the last couple of days. He seems to be suffering from a little bit of everything—cough, fever, nausea, aches—and now spots. Only on his elbows. How weird is that? Anyone have any idea what the cause could be? They're not itchy or sensitive—he hadn't even noticed them until I saw them earlier this evening.

Poor Tom! I don't know, Season, you'd better keep your distance from him. I still claim that he gave me some planters warts about 11 years ago and I still have them (after having them removed once already!). But I guess I should have told you this BEFORE you tied the knot. I suppose you have to take him warts, red spots and all.

I have never seen that. Sorry! I hope whatever it is he is ok!
Did you google elbow spots? Trust Thomas to sport spots in odd places. Don't rule out leprosy.
