• Enjoyed and/or endured two separate occasions wherein Tom made me laugh so hard that tears gushed down my face, I couldn't breath, and I started wheezing like a chain smoker (a symptom that has developed since becoming pregnant and is not at all becoming of me. It's the worst when it happens in public.)
• Learned that Tom does a dreadful impersonation of Tina Turner. (which, in case you're wondering—not one of the occasions that sparked the wheeze laugh.)
• Went for a walk with Tom and sheepishly admitted that I once wrote exclusively from a specific bright orange Gelly Roll pen because my crush at the time happened to touch it. And even after it ran out of ink I still kept it as a token of my love and devotion. Tom was a little hurt that I've never gone to such great pains for him.
• Haven't applied even a glimmer of makeup to my face all weekend and boy does it feel good.
• Getting ready to watch "My Fair Lady" in a moment or two—which is an old favorite of mine but will be Tom's first experience with dear Miss Doolittle and 'Enry 'Iggins.
• And finally, want to guess which side is mine?
Tom made the bed one morning and was being extra accommodating—since lately I've been accumulating more and more pillows as the pregnancy progresses. Again, not one of the occasions that sparked the wheeze laugh.
...Are you dying to know what sparked the wheeze laugh?
I can't even type it. I'd only start wheezing all over again.

Seriously I know all about the pillows. They are the only thing that is nice about sleeping.
Is this a guessing contest? With a prize? Or are you going to tell us?
I want to see this Tina Turner impersonation! It was good to see you and Tom this weekend. That cake Rachel made was SO good.
A: That is a LOT of pillows. Wow.
B: Now I am even more curious about how the wheezing goes and what set you off. Next time Tom should get it on video I think.
Good thing you didn't laugh so hard that tears ran down your legs...a common pregnancy problem!
so nice of them to plan a whole general conference just for all of us nervous expectant mothers :) i love conference. and wow, way to go on those pillows.
p.s. do you own baby wise? could i borrow it?
Oh it's fondant, and it's yummo. That butter cream is good too. How about I drop by with a "hello baby" cake a while after she arrives. That sounds like a good plan since I DIDN'T RSVP to your baby shower and ended up not being able to go. For which I have been meaning to apologize profusely.
