So we went, as I said, and fourwheeled and Rhinoed around. And told some scary stories around the fire—namely, the Tale of Mrs. Webtoes. (Who apparently is a giant frog that looks like a marmot on the outside? I don't know. But super scary.) (Tom still has trouble sleeping.) Also, keeping with our usual family traditions, I ate a lot, and Tom Thomas got dirty.
Clara showed off her new skills and new shoes. Oh, have you heard? She's finally converted to bipedalism. Hallelujah!
(Fun fact: I had no idea bipedalism was even a real word until tonight.) Observe!
Adoracute, no? Don't you just want to give her a big squeeze? High five? I do. On a regular basis. (Fun fact: I've included a one minute:thirty-one second video filled with toddling bliss at the bottom for all you die-hards.)
*******
Now that we're back I've begun feverishly working on my project, however, a fever can only get you so far when you're waiting on like a million companies to meet their deadline that was last week. Story of my life—(super dramatic sigh).
Anyway. Dim the lights. Get comfy. Here's the clip.

Clara, Congratulations! Look at you go! So stinkin' cute!
We went 4-wheeling to this weekend and I thought about you guys. The last time I went was with you.
Good luck with work. If you need me to watch Clara so you can get more work done just send her down :)
Yep! She's a toddlin' queen now! So darling! And what a fun weekend! So glad you came...it's hard to get back in the saddle again now, isn't it? Love you......
Yay Clara! She is super adoracute! I knew she'd walk better than Tom one day. Tom is still trying to get over his bow leggedness. Thumbs up dewd!
Oh man, she's too cute.
Yeah!!! Way to go Clara! Rosie is watching very closely, taking some lessons from ya.
(oops, that's Shelly up there)
Rub it in, why don't you? Seems to me that you don't really know anything about being left out! I'm beginning to think you guys plan it that way on purpose. "Oh sure, we'll invite the Ohio members of the family...but they'll never be able to make it." No, you don't sense bitterness on my part.
Kidding...of course. But seriously...Mrs. Webtoes? I was terrified of her for a good portion of my childhood. It was the perfect scare tactic to keep us away from the canal at Grandpa's house. I would LOVE to hear the story again.
And Clara. Well. She is adorable.
